- Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
All Green Poppies images are copyrighted. Please seek permission before using any of our images.
- We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. There may be a difference of 1cm to 3cm in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when an order is placed and the time when an order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Prices and Promotions
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price difference between online stores and offline retail stores should not be disputed upon.
Delivery Guide & Costs
Both local and international orders are delivered by SingPost*.
International Shipping costs are charged according to weight of items. An estimated guide is shown below:
*Local Customers: If you need to receive your order quicker, we will be glad to post it via a private courier service. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 6293-3068 for details.
*International Customers: If you need to receive your order quicker, we will be glad to post your order via EMS (3 working days), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the EMS shipping quotations.
We aim to deliver all local orders in 2-3 working days. However, sometimes during festive season or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us at email@example.com
We highly recommend opting for registered mail to prevent any loss of parcels and tracking of parcel can be done at the SingPost website.
We will not be responsible for any packages lost when you opt for normal mail.
Local Registered Mail Users
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
Self-Collection of Orders
For local (Singapore) customers, self-collection can be done without any prevailing charges.

We ship our international orders via SingPost Standard Air Mail (with tracking available). Lead time for international delivery is usually between 6 to 10 working days. Postage rates vary from the weight of the item(s) in your order. For express worldwide delivery request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Tracking Your Order
Log onto www.SingPost.com.sg and use the tracking number and provided in your despatch email. Please allow 36 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.
FREE Worldwide Delivery on orders over $200
The free local delivery will be applied at the checkout on all orders of $200 or more. This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts. Green Poppies reserves the right to end or amend this offer at any time.
We accept iBanking (POSB/DBS), ATM Fund Transfer and PayPal. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments. All payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing an order.
iBanking / ATM Fund Transfer Users
After submitting order, payment must be transferred within the next 24 hours to:

We hope you’ll love every Green Poppies purchase, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt in one of two ways:
• By mail
• Direct return & exchange at our store (Advance notice needed)
All our online orders are mailed out with a Returns/Exchange Card enclosed. You may complete the card should you need to return any merchandise for an exchange.
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days upon receipt.
2. Non-returnable: All sales of jewellery and promotional priced items are final unless subject to other applicable regulations.
Non-Returnable items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
3. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with tags intact. All items will be inspected on their return.
4. Returns for pre-ordered items are only accepted only when we have made a shipping error.
5. International Customers, customers are responsible for all delivery charges upon return and exchange.
Carefully repack your order and mail it back to us with the completed return card enclosed. We recommended that you keep a copy of the mail certificate. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will mail your exchange to you via Singpost standard mail (free of charge within Singapore).
Direct Return & Exchange at our store
For all returns/exchanges of your online merchandise at our store, advance notice is required as the requested item might have to be transferred over from our warehouse. Please get in touch with our sales team via email at email@example.com or call us at 6293-3068 to make necessary arrangements. After which, you may bring along your merchandise along with the completed return card when making an exchange.
Please note that refunds are strictly not applicable for your purchases unless the exact item is completely out of stock. All valid refunds will be issued within 14 working days to your original mode of payment.
