General Terms & Conditions
Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Product Information
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when an order is placed and the time when an order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.Order & Delivery

Local delivery
We aim to deliver all local orders in 2-3 working days. However, sometimes during festive season or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us at contact@greenpoppies.com.sg.
We highly recommend opting for registered mail to prevent any loss of parcels and tracking of parcel can be done at the SingPost website.
We will not be responsible for any packages lost when you opt for normal mail.
Registered Mail Users
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
Self-Collection of Orders
For local (Singapore) customers, self-collection can be done without any prevailing charges.

Tracking Your Order
Log onto www.SingPost.com.sg and use the tracking number and provided in your despatch email. Please allow 36 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.
FREE Local Delivery on orders over $150
The free local delivery will be applied at the checkout on all orders of $150 or more. This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts. International delivery is excluded from this offer. Green Poppies reserves the right to end or amend this offer at any time.

Payment Options
We accept iBanking (POSB/DBS), ATM Fund Transfer and PayPal. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments. All payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing an order.

Prices and Promotions
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price difference between online store and any offline retail stores should not be disputed upon.Returns & Exchange
We will be glad to exchange any defected items when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges can be done when the particular item is still in stock. Else, a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Returns by Post
Simply return the package to the return address stated at the back of your package. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items are packed securely and sealed properly when returning to us. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
International Customers, please note that we currently do not accept exchanges or refunds on items bought from our online store. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.Contact Us
