Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do ship internationally via SingPost. However currently we are only able to ship to Malaysia and Brunei. Please email us at contact@greenpoppies.com.sg for an international shipping quote if you are located outside of Malaysia and Brunei.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept iBanking or ATM transfers via POSB/DBS, or PayPal.
For iBanking or ATM transfers, payment has to be made within 24 hours upon confirmation of order. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order ships, we will notify you via email.

For local customers residing in Singapore, your orders will be arranged to be delivered within 1 – 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. You should then receive your order within 1 – 2 working days thereafter.

For international customers, shipping usually takes about 5 to 8 days.

Do note that lead time may be longer during festive season for both local and international orders.

What happens if an item is on Pre-Order status?
Items on pre-order will take 12 to 14 working days to arrive. Do note that this excludes weekends and public holidays in both Singapore and Korea. Your order will be arranged to be mailed to you within 1 – 2 working days as soon as the pre-order item becomes available. Your order can also be tracked when you login to your account.

Are items on ‘Pre-Order’ available at your retail store?
Most items on ‘Pre-Order’ are not available at our retail store. However you may call us to double check the availability.

Are all the items shown online available at your retail store?
We do have exclusive items both online and offline (our retail store at Haji Lane). Therefore items featured online might not be available at our retail store, and vice versa. However a greater selection of quality apparels and lifestyle items are featured at our offline store.

How do I purchase an item on ‘Pre-Order’?
You may place your order as usual, by adding the item to your shopping cart and proceed to checking out. Shipment for pre-order items usually takes 12 to 14 working days to arrive after payment has been verified. Do note that working days excludes weekends and public holidays in both Korea and Singapore.

Can I place orders for both in-stock and pre-order items in a single receipt?
Yes you may do so. However your order will only be mailed altogether when the pre-order item(s) arrives. Should you wish to have your in-stock items mailed to you first, you may wish to place an order separately for in-stock items.
